What makes ERM different?
As a leading manufacturer of Recycled PET Plastic (RPET) fibers, Encore provides a recycled alternative to traditional apparel. All of Encore products are made from Certified Post-Consumer PET.
Our supplier achieves total vertical manufacturing by processing its own RPET pellets and spinning its own filament, yarn and fabric.
ERM offers two solutions for manufacturing your merchandise using ERM Fibers:
Closed Loop Manufacturing:
Follow the waste stream from the collection at a specific venue or event and process the material at a local certified Recycling Center resulting in Certified Post Consumer and measurable number of PET bottles in each garment.
Waste Diversion Management:
Procure flakes directly from Recycling Centers around the world resulting in Certified Post Consumer and measurable number of PET bottles per garment.
